Nevro also provides minimally invasive treatment options for patients suffering from chronic sacroiliac joint pain.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Production Supervisor is responsible for the production and line personnel and support the implementation of the site strategy for manufacturing. This effort includes, but is not limited to, supervising all operators and engineers. This individual works with the site manager and all engineers and operators to ensure the manufacture of high-quality products and to facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements.Essential FunctionsOverseas operations efficiency and standardization in the production linesDirectly responsible for the production and quality of the product, as well as line personnelAnalyzes and evaluates process improvements in order to reduce defects and scrap and/or improve yieldsFollows procedures established for each operation, and keep work areas organized and clean at all timesParticipates and/or lead problem-solving processes, whether due to increasing trends on complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity, among othersMonitors compliance within company policies and procedures (e.g., compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, or other regulations).Complies with all safety and health regulations for the position and the direct reportsResponsible for ensuring that production processes are aligned with the company's energy policy commitments. Will support improvement analysis processes that impact production processes, enhancing quality and optimizing energy consumptionAdhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policiesEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third partiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.QualificationsBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience3 -5+ years of experience minimum experience in the medical industry. 3 years experience in a supervisory capacityDemonstrated knowledge of ISO and quality systems as FDA and OSHA requirements, as a plusExperience analyzing and presenting detailed or advanced metrics using toolsExperience in internal and external audits regarding the Quality Management SystemDemonstrated proficiency in manufacturing systems used to collect data and control/monitor processesDemonstrated capacity to effectively lead/influence peers and other functions towards organizational goalsDesirable at least one certification-related or applicable to the medical industry.
