Production Supervisor - 3rd ShiftWork Specifications – Responsibilities:Responsible for food safety and qualityShift meetingsCheck emails- respond accordinglyFollow up with Lead Palletizers –plan work-assign prioritiesSet up downtime/labor reports for shift informationComplete filler room audit report-Weeklies/Daily/PEPTagging system set upsWorking with Operators/PQI's on Handling line clearancesChecking all packaging codesFollow up on individual associates needs/request/Vacation request/Personal day requestsEnsure safety/GMP's, and SOP's are followedEnsure upcoming spec sheets are supplied in files/supplies are available for next shiftPlan following days work/crewing/Shift notes for next shiftComplete run filesPerform Filler InspectionsWork Specifications – Responsibilities (cont.):Interact with other support departmentsMonitor associate's productivity throughout shiftsMultiple misc., clerical/administrative functions/paperworkPerform safety /GMP Inspections monthlyPerform Associates Reviews-45/90 days and yearly/corrective actions write upsAttend meetings throughout the yearLog payroll information-daily, schedule for upcoming weekAll other duties as assignedEducation/Prerequisite Requirements:Minimum High School diploma or equivalentAssociate Degree is preferredEquipment/Training Knowledge:Basic understanding and Execution of food plant GMPs, sanitation, and cleanliness requirementsQuality mindsetAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentPackage/case defectsDocumentation – sample plan pulled/tagging systemComputer knowledgeSalary Range: $67,500 - $75,000Steuben Foods is committed to equal employment opportunity.
