Job description
Cargill is seeking a Production Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume food production facility. You will lead and develop frontline teams, drive safety and food-quality standards, and ensure targets for throughput, yield, and cost are met. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, and coordinating maintenance to minimize downtime. You will champion continuous improvement using lean tools, analyze production data to solve problems, and partner cross-functionally to enhance reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence while fostering an inclusive, learning-focused culture.
