Production SupervisorKelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturer, is looking for three Production Supervisors in Franklin, KY! These are direct hire roles, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit, vacation, and compensation package. Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance available on day one of employment!Three weeks of PTO plus 11 paid holidays401k plus a 50% match up to 6%Onsite nurse and PT available when needed!Details:Two night shift openings and one day shift opening (no shift rotation) 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule (two openings)7:00 am to 7:00 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule (one opening)Pay: $75,000 annually plus bonusJob Description: The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations, leads hourly production employees, and manages projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for meeting production goals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities:Supervise, coach, and train production employees.Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are met.Monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly.Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Track and communicate production and performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support departments.Handle administrative duties, including timekeeping and employee requests.Manage assigned projects through successful completion.Requirements:3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Immediate opening, apply now!
