Production SupervisorJoin Reynolds Consumer Products…and Drive Your Career across a world of opportunities!We currently have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor at our Manufacturing Facility in Bellwood, Virginia.Rotating Shift HoursNights(12 Hour Shift - 2-2-3 Schedule)ResponsibilitiesThe Production Supervisor provides frontline leadership for a manufacturing production shift by driving safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while achieving production objectives. Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, develop team capability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
