Shift Production SupervisorElevate Solutions Group is a rapidly growing provider of Custom Plastic Injection Molding and Integrated Supply Chain solutions. Strategically located just outside the Atlanta Metro area (Austell), the company has evolved from a niche market provider to an industry leader with state-of-the-art technologies for manufacturing.The company enjoys a remarkably high employee retention rate due in large part to its dynamic, team-based culture, integrity, and values.We are seeking a skilled Shift Production Supervisor to join our team as an onsite, hands-on owner for overseeing production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role leads shift personnel, coordinates with maintenance and support teams, and ensures efficient use of systems and resources to meet production goals. 1st shift hours are Mon – Fri, 6:00am – 2:30pm.Production & Operations• Supervise and coordinate all shift production activities• Ensure production targets, efficiency, and throughput goals are achieved• Monitor line performance and address issues impacting output• Coordinate staffing and adjust labor as needed to meet demandSafety & Compliance• Enforce all safety policies and procedures• Respond immediately to safety concerns and escalate when appropriate• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure proper use of equipmentQuality Assurance• Ensure products meet all specifications and quality standards• Stop production when quality issues are identified• Partner with Quality team on root cause analysis and corrective actionsTeam Leadership• Lead, coach, and develop shift employees• Address performance concerns and escalate disciplinary issues as needed• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environmentMaintenance Coordination• Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when necessary• Minimize downtime through proactive communication and follow-upSystems & Reporting• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track production, inventory, and performance metrics• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for shift activities• Review and analyze reports to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesRequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment• Strong leadership and decision-making skills• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (required)• Ability to manage production, safety, and personnel issues in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving and communication skills• Willingness to work 2nd shift hoursPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• DELMIAWorks experience highly preferred• Experience in plastic injection molding and/or assembly operations• Familiarity with manufacturing automation and material handling systems• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principlesWork EnvironmentManufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
