Job description
Ethos is seeking a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing to lead the day-to-day operations on multiple shifts in our Manchester, IA facility. You will supervise staff, organize workflow, and act as a quality inspector and safety coordinator to meet production goals.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will schedule personnel, monitor progress, train and coach staff, and ensure materials are ready for production while maintaining safety and quality standards.
