Job description
Production SupervisorJoin the Cell Manufacturing Production team as a Production Supervisor, leading Associates and Leads in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production goals, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a motivated production teamCollaborate with engineering to enhance manufacturability and productivityDevelop training programs and support team member growthOversee issue resolution and maintain quality standardsDevelop and uphold standardized Manufacturing InstructionsEnsure safety and compliance, promoting continuous improvementRequirements3+ years managing teams in high-volume manufacturing (safety protocols, troubleshooting, quality control)Experience in team selection and developmentProficiency in managing production performance metrics (inventory management, lean manufacturing, project management, SOPs)Strong organizational and communication skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekendsTravel is required for this role, for training purposesMust have command of the English language, both written and verbal
