Production SupervisorLead a high-performance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environmentVernon, CA (Plant Based) $80,000 -$90,000 Annual based salary + bonus 2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12amArcher Meat Snacks, the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across our production departments in San Bernardino, CA. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll drive operational excellence by improving KPIs, developing your team, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards.You'll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, including quality, warehouse, maintenance, and sanitation—to solve problems, improve efficiency, and maintain a high-performing production environment.
