Production SupervisorCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $83,000 to $117,000 per year.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.Coordinate employee assignments, staffing levels, and workflow priorities to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.Monitor equipment performance, identify operational issues, and partner with technical teams to minimize downtime and disruptions.Collaborate with planning, quality, operations, and human resources teams to support production schedules and workforce development initiatives.Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on process optimization, quality enhancement, and operational performance.Requirements3+ years of supervisory experience within a high volume manufacturing or production environment.Previous experience leading teams in a fabrication, assembly, industrial, or similar production setting.Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices, quality standards, and production management principles.Prior experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or related programs.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining production schedules and operational goals.QualificationsAerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing industry experience.Knowledge of composite materials, fabrication processes, or advanced manufacturing techniques.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.Excellent communication, leadership, and employee development skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.Highly organized professional with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment.
