As a Production Supervisor in Memphis, Tennessee, you will lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality products that help improve patients' lives. This is an opportunity to develop people, champion continuous improvement, and make a measurable impact on safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.What Will You Be Doing?Lead and develop hourly production teams to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals across the manufacturing operation.Ensure production plans are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, standard work, and process optimization.Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Materials, Planning, Maintenance, and Safety teams to improve productivity, delivery performance, and product quality.Lead daily management activities, monitor performance, and ensure production schedules are achieved through effective resource utilization.Coach, train, and develop employees while supporting succession planning, performance management, and workforce capability growth.Support problem solving, troubleshooting, safety investigations, and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.What Will You Need To Be Successful?Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.5+ years of experience in a machine intensive manufacturing operations environment and 5+ years of supervisory experience within a Lean production environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence, and develop high performing teams.Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and results in a manufacturing setting.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.Experience within highly regulated industries and familiarity with quality and compliance standards is preferred.You.
