Production Supervisor – Press RoomHiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor – Press Room in the Automotive Manufacturing industry in Cincinnati, OH!Salary: $28 - $30+/hour + Monthly Incentive BonusSchedule: 1st ShiftLocation: Onsite - Cincinnati, OHPosition Overview:This is a hands-on production leadership role overseeing a high-volume metal stamping press room within an automotive manufacturing environment. You'll lead and motivate production team members while driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is also an opportunity to gain exposure to specialized fineblanking technology and processes.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily press room operations and lead production team members on 1st shiftDrive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and production goalsCoach, develop, and motivate employees while maintaining a team-oriented environmentMonitor production metrics and address performance or operational issuesPromote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environmentSupport Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with other manufacturing functions to troubleshoot issues and maintain production flowKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Previous supervisory or production leadership experience in automotive manufacturingExperience working in a high-volume manufacturing environmentMetal stamping or press room experience strongly preferredLean manufacturing and 5S experience preferredExperience managing production teams against measurable performance metricsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build accountability while motivating and developing production employeesCommitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvementIf you are interested, please apply.
