Your leadership directly impacts production performance and your long-term growth.As our Production Supervisor, you will help drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals while working closely with the Value Stream Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain clear communication with employees and foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay active on the shop floor, stepping in to support production as needed.Your Impact:Lead, coach, and support your team while fostering a positive and productive environmentSet and manage daily/weekly/monthly SQDC targetsEnsure equipment safety, maintenance, and a clean, organized workspaceCoordinate workflow with other supervisors for efficient, on-time productionTroubleshoot issues, monitor output, and support ongoing improvementsPrepare schedules and performance reportsWhy Western?At Western Building Products, we are more than a manufacturer; we are a team of employee-owners.
