You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.The position is: Wednesday 1AM - 7AM, Thursday - Saturday 7PM - 7AMWhat You Will DoYou will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on (what we call) D ShiftYou will supervise approximately 52 hourly AssociatesOn a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of AssociatesYou will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are metWhat You Should HaveYou preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be consideredYou have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing companyJoin us!
