Job description
Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department to ensure efficient workflow and optimal productivity. This role includes coordinating activities, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and implementing safety protocols. The position is primarily assigned to the Night Shift, rotating between Shift C and Shift D on a standard 4-week team rotation, with shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Orientation training on all ISO certifications will be provided.Oversee daily production operations, monitor workflow, and coordinate with other departments to meet schedules, quality standards, and minimize downtime.Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, resolving personnel issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.Monitor product quality, ensure adherence to standards, and conduct routine inspections to maintain product integrity.Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, ensure OSHA compliance, and investigate accidents.Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate, properly stored stock.Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities, staff schedules, and safety incidents.Standard company benefits.Competitive compensation package.
