Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop production personnel to maximize performance and engagement. Manage staffing levels, workforce planning, and production scheduling to meet operational objectives. Monitor production output, performance metrics, and quality standards to ensure targets are achieved. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction. Establish and track KPIs to measure departmental performance and support data-driven decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional communication to improve workflow, efficiency, and collaboration. Implement and maintain operational procedures, systems, and best manufacturing practices. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Review operational performance data and prepare reports for leadership. Support employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development programs. Experience working in medical device, life sciences, aerospace, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred. Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and workforce management. Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies. Ability to analyze performance data and utilize KPIs to improve results. Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance requirements, and manufacturing best practices. Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
