Production SupervisorRiverside, CA, United States$ 32.00 - 33.00 (US Dollar)Production Supervisor needs 1 year of supervisory experience.Production Supervisor requires:5am-1:30 pm w/OT RequiredAssociate degree3+ years of experience in a production environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Ability to read, interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence.Effective verbal communication skills.Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to perform fundamental tasks on a computer. This includes proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience a plus.Ability to adhere to delegation of authority and lead by management's instructions.Attendance is an essential job requirement, including punctuality and reliability.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Must be able to work extended and flexible hours to include weekends as needed.Production Supervisor duties:Required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Talk and hear and occasionally required to sit.Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 + with the assistance of other employees or equipment.
