Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position reports to the Operations Manager and leads a team of 50+ production employees, coordinating daily workflow, supporting employee development, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and productivity.Schedule:1:30 PM – 11:00 PMMonday–Sunday availability requiredMust be flexible with the schedule, including weekends and changing business needs.Skills and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.Experience supervising or leading a team of 50+ employees preferred.Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.Strong leadership and employee training skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to use various hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records.Benefits:Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount program
