SupervisorPoly-West, Inc. is currently seeking a Supervisor at our Henderson, NV location. As one of the largest film manufacturers in the world, Poly-West produces several lines of polyethylene products including retail trash bags and construction films.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:Bachelor's Degree is preferredThe ability to work a shift schedule as assigned by management.Excellent communication skills.The aptitude and desire to grow with an expanding company.Poly-West offers competitive compensation packages including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, and 401(K).ResponsibilitiesSupervisors at Poly-West are responsible for supporting the management staff, training and developing subordinates, recommending operational improvements and meeting operational objectives. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
