Production Supervisor, Food ManufacturingLead a production team that hits its targets safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards as a Production Supervisor in food manufacturing.Must-HavesHands-on experience managing yields, labor, and root cause analysisLead or supervisory experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members, or managing a process or projectStrong analytical and math skills with clear written and verbal communicationAbility to work in varying conditions (heat and cold) and extended hours or weekends when neededWhat You'll DoLead and motivate hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, and production goals every shiftWalk the floor daily, run safety audits, and correct unsafe conditions on the spotEnforce Food Safety and Food Quality plans and ensure compliance with HACCP and USDA regulationsTrain employees on safe operating procedures, including lock-out/tag-outTrack and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances to cut downtime and costsPartner with Operations Managers to improve workflows and equipment performanceOversee equipment setup and routine maintenance to keep lines running at peak performanceLead monthly line meetings that keep your team aligned and informedNice-to-HavesBachelor's degree in Business or a related field (not required)Manufacturing background, with food manufacturing a strong plusWarehouse or distribution supervisory experience also consideredExperience with HACCP and USDA regulated environmentsCompensation and Benefits$65,000 to $80,000 base salary based on experienceBonus opportunity on top of base payChoice of 1st or 2nd shiftAn established food manufacturer with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in its production operations.To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
