Job description
Technology Operations ConsultantIn this contingent resource assignment, you may participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Operations. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Technology Operations.Required Skills & Qualifications4 years of Technology Operations experience or production support or helpdesk experienceTroubleshooting, AutoSys, SQL, (Unix/Linux)5-7 years of experience in production support/application supportHelpdesk background is preferredExperience using monitoring toolsAble to read queries like SQLAutoSys experience is a mustStrong troubleshooting experienceTechnical background (Unix/Linux/SQL)Experience handling ticketsStrong in-person, over the phone, and written communication skillsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesParticipate in initiatives to improve process efficienciesAnalyze and resolve low-to-moderately complex challengesProvide support and information to client personnelCompany Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growthSupportive team culture
