Location: Jersey City, NJ / New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Production Support Engineer to support front-office trading applications within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide production and application support for trading systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and performance issues.
Monitor applications using Splunk and Dynatrace.
Write and execute Shell scripts and complex SQL queries.
Work with UNIX/Linux and Windows servers, Oracle, and Sybase databases.
Collaborate directly with traders and technical teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills:
Experience in front-office trading and financial services.
Strong UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, and SQL skills.
Experience with Oracle or Sybase databases.
Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Flexibility to provide weekend support every 3–4 weeks. xzgxqkn
Nice to Have: Python scripting and FX, Fixed Income, or Equities experience.
