Schedule: 4/10 – Monday through Thursday
Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Description
The Production Support professional oversees and coordinates a production team to efficiently process work in accordance with a production plan while promoting and delivering high-quality output. This position works closely with Operations Management to execute production activities in accordance with established manufacturing standards and company policies and procedures.
The role encourages team members to drive continual improvement within their production area using the HBX tool set. The Production Support professional also serves as the go-to person for employee issues, concerns, and questions within the assigned production area.
The position is also responsible for coordinating, controlling, and executing material movement activities throughout the production facility to ensure all production areas are properly stocked and supported. This includes managing the flow of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility in alignment with production schedules and operational priorities.
The Production Support professional monitors material availability, inventory locations, and staging requirements to prevent material shortages and production delays. The role ensures materials are received, stored, transferred, and delivered to the appropriate production areas accurately and in a timely manner.
The position supports efficient material-handling practices, maintains inventory accuracy during material movement, and helps ensure continuous production flow across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate production activities to efficiently process work according to the production plan.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience , OR
2 years of post-secondary education/Associate Degree with 0–2 years of prior related experience .
Requires developing job knowledge and skills relevant to production support and material movement activities.
