Production Team LeadKutol Products Company is a leading manufacturer of liquid hand soaps and hand sanitizers right here in Cincinnati. At Kutol our TeamMates work together to provide Clean Hands for a Healthy World. Currently we have openings for Production Team Leads on all shifts. If you enjoy working as part of a successful team, have mechanical aptitude and team skills to lead a production line, this could be the opportunity you are looking for!This position provides team leadership in the safe and efficient running of our production lines. Our filling equipment packages bags and bottles of liquid products that we produce on site in our mix room. The Team Lead is responsible for the set up, operation, clean out, and changeover of their assigned filling line. They lead the teammates assigned to the line to meet production goals and produce quality product. They are also responsible for the accurate completion of required paperwork and processes that meet FDA requirements.
