Our company mission is simple: Save coaches and administrators time with everything they do off the field so they have more time to impact young lives on it.Work Type: OnsiteLocation Details: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pmMandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.How You Will Make An ImpactAs a member of the Production/Warehouse team, the Team Lead has a critical role and is responsible for problem solving issues and supporting our Operations team members to remove roadblocks and solve problems to ensure operational success through attaining KPIs in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.What You Will DoProvide a safe, healthy, and welcoming working environment in a Lean culture for all team membersCommunicate with team members to resolve issues to attain daily productivity, quality, and delivery goalsPartner with department Coach to identify training gaps and develop action plan per team memberBe a champion of the department's SOPsPartner to find the most efficient process and suggest improvements where needed/identified; encourages team members to provide suggestionsIdentify and resolve small conflicts within department; work closely with Supervisor/Manager to resolve larger conflicts.Tactically understands department metrics and what impacts them; able to make recommendations on labor shifting, when business dictatesQualificationsDesire to learn/growExcellent written and verbal communication and listening skillsGreat attention to detail and organization skillsComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge in SAP a plusFlexibility to work varying shifts in support of the operationThrives on solving problems in both traditional and creative waysEducation/ExperienceHS Diploma or GED and/or 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing settingBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis.
