Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job ResponsibilitiesEagle Bend Manufacturing, a Tier 1 Auto Manufacturer, seeks an experienced Team Leader to support the Supervisor in managing the team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and driving manufacturing improvements.Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift & 3rd ShiftJob Qualifications:Operate resistance spot weld machines; assemble components to produce quality finished goodsIndividual must have the ability to oversee general manufacturing processes and team members.Ability to plan and delegate assignments and a bility to evaluate performance and address discipline issues.Must possess good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude and motivate team members.Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required.Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.Who We Are Looking ForDemonstrate strong leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by effectively guiding and motivating team members to meet production goals.
