Cargill seeks a Packaged Granulated & Pellets Team Lead to oversee daily operations on high-volume production lines. You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet quality, safety, and output targets. This role manages equipment checks, supports maintenance, and ensures compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. You will train and coach team members, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
