Production Team LeadIf you're someone who thrives on both leading people and improving processes, this role might be for you. You'll play a key part in coordinating daily production, driving efficiency, and fostering a strong, safety-first team culture.What you'll be doing:Leading a production team within the manufacturing moduleCoordinating daily operations based on the production planOverseeing quality, safety, and efficiency using tools like SAP and visual management systemsSupporting continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, ECR, CPI)Training and mentoring new and existing team membersPosition Details: $28–$35/hr DOE + Incentive/Bonus structure Full-time schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hybrid role combining floor leadership and coordination tasks Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401k with employer matchWhat we're looking for:2–3 years of team lead experience2–3 years of production experience
