Production Team LeadThe Production Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production activities while working hands-on alongside the crew to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role coordinates closely with supervisors and quality teams to meet production schedules and maintain high standards. The Team Lead also drives team performance by assigning tasks, solving problems, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Safety is our highest priority. This individual is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve team performance and operational efficiency.Ideal Candidate Will HaveHigh School Diploma or GED required1–2 years of construction or production experience (Concrete preferred)Proven leadership experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to work across teamsAbility to lead, train, and coach employees effectivelySolid problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accuratelyAbility to work both independently and collaborativelySelf-motivated with strong attention to detail and task ownershipWorking knowledge of production materials and processesAbility to adapt to change and support continuous improvement initiativesWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm useCapable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hoursComfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequentlyAbility to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazardsWillingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (Depending on location)Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
