Production ManagerAssign tasks to team members and give specific directions and procedures to follow.Monitor team members in the course of their work and ensure that they comply with the standards of operations.Ensuring production efficiency and qualityEnsure that products and goods manufactured meet quality standardsMotivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standardsEnsures that all workers have protective gear and clothing before going to site to work to safeguard themselves against production hazardsWork as middleman between workers and management to create healthy communicationHS diploma or GEDAbility to develop, implement and assess performance metricsExpertise in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop and mobile technologyAbility to give directions to team membersHave good time management skills Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the teamPrevious experience leading a team
