Production Team Member - (Bagging Line - Aggregates)Production Team Members work efficiently, in a safe manner, maintain high quality standards, and help to ensure that guest expectations are met. Positions include forklift operation, machine operation, and product assembly. Paid Training!Now hiring FULL TIME for:Production Operator – (Bagging Line - Aggregates) - 2nd shift (6PM until 6AM)$21.05/HR (Shift Premium included) + $3/hr for weekend workSchedule: 6AM-6PM, 2-week rotating schedule with every other full weekend off.Primary Responsibilities:Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregate materials (sand, gravel, concrete mix)Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight & sealing.Ensure consistent product flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders.Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defectsClear jams and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operationsWork with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.Operate forklifts or other equipmentPhysical Demands:Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds.Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting.Position Requirements:Must be eighteen years of age or olderWork in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
