Production Team MemberKnight Material Technologies is looking for full time, Production Team Members at their East Canton, OH location. The Production Team Member is responsible for the completion of customer product requirements on time and with the highest quality within an assigned area while maintaining an environment that focuses on the Knight Material Technologies How We Work Principles of Safety and Compliance, Customer Focus, Respect, Integrity, Problem Solvers, and Teamwork. All shifts available.Potential for quarterly bonus!Responsibilities:Consistently demonstrate and maintain an environment that puts Safety and Compliance firstEngage in the spirit outlined in the Knight Material Technologies How We Work PrinciplesMaintain regular attendance in accordance with Knight Material Technologies' attendance policyPerforms assigned duties to support the production of ceramic products required for customer demand with an attention to quality product outputsCommunicating regularly with Manufacturing Operations Lead, Production Supervisor, and/or Production manager to keep everyone informed of production delaysUpdating information on forms and in computer systems with accurate and timely data.Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous materialPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Willing and able to work in an environment that can be hot, humid, dusty, and noisy.Willing and able to adhere to safe work practices, including wearing appropriate PPE.Willing to be a contribution-minded member of a high-performing team.Preferred Skills and Experience:Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experience.Press or extrusion experience.High School Diploma or GED.Physical Requirements: (With reasonable accommodation)Extensive walking and standingMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to access all areas of the facilityWilling and able to work in environments that may be hot, humid, dusty, and noisy; adherence to safe work practices and PPE is required.Competencies:Ensures AccountabilityAction OrientedCollaboratesCommunicates EffectivelyCustomer FocusDecision QualityValues DifferencesDirects WorkBeing ResilientSituational AdaptabilityInstills TrustBenefits: Our goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
