Depending on your assigned area, you may:Operate or support manufacturing tools, equipment, and machineryAssemble products and components according to work instructionsInspect materials and finished products for qualityIdentify and report safety, quality, material, or equipment concernsMove, organize, and stage materials for productionPackage and prepare finished productsReport equipment, material, safety, or quality issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWork with teammates and leaders to meet daily production goalsWhat We're Looking ForOur strongest production team members:Show up consistently and are ready to workPut safety firstTake pride in qualityPay attention to detailsFollow written and verbal instructionsWork well with othersLearn from feedback and adapt to changeHelp the team succeedBring a positive attitude and strong work ethicPrevious manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not the only way to stand out. Experience in assembly, packaging, warehouse operations, machine operation, construction, material handling, or other hands-on work may also prepare you for success.Work EnvironmentManufacturing work is active and can be physically demanding.
