We're building a close-knit team that values collaboration, professional development, and mutual support to drive our success.Job Summary: As a Production Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, fabricating and assembling custom signs, graphics, and displays using cutting-edge equipment and materials. Compensation starts at an entry-level rate reflective of our current scale, but with our aggressive sales growth plan, we're committed to improving pay and opportunities for all team members.Key Responsibilities:Operate production equipment such as printers, cutters, laminators, and routers to produce signs, banners, decals, and other visual products.Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and assembling components to meet design specifications.Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and durability.Collaborate with designers, sales team, and installers to fulfill client orders efficiently.Maintain inventory of supplies and organize the production area for optimal workflow.Assist with packaging and shipping completed products, ensuring safe handling.Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.Contribute to team huddles, sharing ideas for process improvements and supporting colleagues.Requirements:Tangibles:Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.Reliable working vehicle for occasional errands or material pickups (mileage reimbursement provided).No criminal history; must pass a background check.Ability to pass a drug test.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.Basic computer skills for operating design software (experience in graphic production a plus; training provided).Intangibles:Growth-oriented: Passionate about developing new skills and advancing in a company poised for expansion.Fellowship-focused: Thrives in a team setting where support, shared goals, and encouragement build strong relationships.Detail-oriented and adaptable: Committed to precision while being flexible in a fast-paced environment.Enthusiastic learner: Open to feedback and eager to contribute to collective success.Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour At FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and presents exciting opportunities, including new ways to use your talent and grow your skills.
