Production Team Member - Lamination 2nd ShiftPeople First. Safety is the Foundation. At Motus, we're revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Production Team Member - Lamination 2nd Shift to help us make an impact and drive this position to new heights. A successful candidate will be high energy, driven, resourceful and a problem solver.Responsibilities:Loading / unloading rolls of material through the use of and overhead craneEnsure equipment settings match process standardConduct raw material and composite weight measurements to ensure product is at specificationAlter necessary equipment components for product / program changeoverMonitor quality of product during machine operationOperate Hilo and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as requiredSpecial projects as necessaryResponsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries trough 5SContinuously analyze the the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls and layout : make recommendtions to supervisor for improvementsTake on additional tasks as assigned by supervisorWho We Are - Motus Integrated Technologies is a dynamic, half-billion-dollar global leader in manufacturing high-quality headliners, and interior trim products for the automotive industry.
