We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our dynamic production team.As a member of the Production Team, you will help produce bread, roll, and bagel dough by mixing, forming, freezing, and packaging products shipped throughout North America. We currently have openings in our packaging department, and successful candidates have the potential to be promoted to other areas of production.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preoperational inspections and record keeping.Inspect frozen products for nonconformance (shape, size, weight, color, appearance) and alert direct supervisionFill cases per specifications & label using automated pack & label equipmentPalletize & shrink-wrap completed palletsOperate inventory control equipment and store in freezer via pallet jack use.Perform production & QA recordkeeping as well as sample retention.Work as a team to help co-workers when necessaryMaintain clean and orderly work areaPractice and comply with all company policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices.Performance of other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the jobQualificationsHigh school education, GED; or up to one-year related experience desiredBasic math, counting, and writing skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced cool environment, Temp: ~58°-60°.Being on your feet for extended periods and twisting & turning at the waist.Ability to regularly lift cases of approximately 35 lbs to a height of 58" above the floor.Work ScheduleFull-Time, M-F (non-seasonal)Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM 40hrs + 10hrs @ 1.5*Base PayNight Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM 40hrs + 10hrs @ 1.5*Base PayUp to (6) Saturday Shifts per year may be required as production demands dictatesBenefitsProfit Sharing Bonuses401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
