Job description
Production Team MemberA Production Team Member is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards, recipes and proceduresFollow food safety standardsPrepare Donuts and Bakery ProductsMeeting production goalsUnderstand builds and recipe details for seasonal products including limited time offers and promotional productsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment and work areaMaintain a people focused culture in the bakeryCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain working stockEducation/Experience:NoneKey CompetenciesWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeQuality focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting objects including boxes, baskets and pails up to 50 lbs.
