Production Technician - 1st ShiftProduction Technician - 1st ShiftJob Description: This position is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production processes, and contributing to the overall quality and productivity of the manufacturing floor.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.Ensure production processes are running efficiently and safely.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in production.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.Strong mechanical and technical skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Team player with a strong work ethic.
