Job description
Production Technician AssociateCoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Technician Associate candidates in the Sandston, VA area. As a Production Technician Associate, you will assemble trailer components and sub-assemblies, as well as perform quality inspections of components and sub-assemblies.Responsibilities:Identify and perform repetitive assembly of various trailer component parts using blueprints or work instructions.Safely use measuring and inspection instruments.Operate various power and hand tools in a safe manner.Work with a variety of materials, including steel, sheet metal, aluminum, solvents, oils, and abrasives.Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and quality standards.Ability to pass a urinalysis and background check.Organize parts and equipment to maximize efficiency within the department.Desired Background/Skills:High level of technical skills and assembling techniques.Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and follow job orders and work procedures.Ability to perform work in a manufacturing environment.One year of previous experience in manufacturing or troubleshooting.High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience.Two years of experience with a proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment.Strong communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate with and support team members.Ability to remain engaged, productive, and adaptable in a changing work environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – FridayPay: $23.5/hrOccasional OvertimeDon't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
