Production Technician IJoin Enpro as a Production Technician I and help support the future of our manufacturing operations by producing quality products safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect.The Production Technician I is an entry-level role responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, assembling and measuring products, and following established production and safety standards. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by performing work accurately, maintaining quality expectations, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment.What You'll Do:Operate production machinery and perform machine setups under supervision.Follow production plans and processes to meet specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.Assist in basic troubleshooting of production issues.Read and interpret simple blueprints and technical documentation.Perform in-process quality checks using basic measuring tools.Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to 5S standards.Support team efforts to improve efficiency through 5S and process improvements.Your Role in Our ValuesAt Enpro, our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect guide how we work, collaborate, and grow. Foster a workplace built on mutual respect, where people feel valued and empowered to contribute to both personal and organizational success.What You'll Bring:High school diploma/GED or vocational school equivalent required.One or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.Basic understanding of safety standards and workplace policies.Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude.Ability to follow verbal and detailed written instructions.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly communicate. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle material, as well as reach with hands and arms (including overhead). The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
