This position will be responsible for operating a machine in a safe, competent, efficient, and productive manner.Night ShiftHourly starting at $19.50Primary responsibilities include:Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations/guidelines.Maintains quality standards for the product.Ensures proper raw material verification, handling, and usage.Keeps the machine and the surrounding area clean.Performs the duties of a Lead Operator when necessary.Assists maintenance personnel as required.Follow instructions of the Lead Operator.Assists with the training of other employees.Assist other lines as needed.Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so.Completes changeovers and some mechanical tasks.Completes process clean-up as required or needed.Uses MES, QW, eQCM, and other computer programs.Functional capability to understand Vision, product details, waste reasons and reactions, resulting in ability to manage operation of lineThe ideal candidate should possess the following :High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to communicate well.Ability to work in a team orientated environment.Prior computer experience preferred.What We Offer YouCompetitive base salary and bonus opportunitiesPaid time off (three-week minimum)Medical, dental and vision starting day one401(k) with employer matchPaid parental leaveChild and family care assistance (dependent care FSA with employer match up to $2500)Bundle of joy benefit (year's worth of free diapers to all team members with a new baby)Tuition assistanceWellness program with savings of up to $4,000 per year on insurance premiums...and more!First Quality is committed to protecting information under the care of First Quality Enterprises commensurate with leading industry standards and applicable regulations.
