Production TechnicianFieldBridge is looking for a Production Technician in Holland, MI to work for to work for one of the oldest and most iconic soft drink brands in the United States. We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay is $22/hour | 3rd shift. Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm-7:00amPosition OverviewThe Production Technician is responsible for monitoring and operating manufacturing equipment while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely production releases through accurate documentation and proactive issue escalation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn machine operations and committed to continuous improvement on the production floor.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes in accordance with established safety and quality standardsComplete changeovers, line clearances, and pre-checks following standard work proceduresPerform documentation and verification in applicable systems (COLOS, PeopleSoft, SAP, MES, Trackwise) to ensure timely product releaseEscalate line issues and initiate Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities as neededSupport maintenance calls by remaining at the line, providing information, and using events as learning opportunitiesRequired QualificationsAbility to comply with safety policies and demonstrate safe behaviors at all timesFamiliarity with or willingness to learn quality systems: QDS, SQF, GMP, and HACCPBasic computer and documentation skills for ERP and manufacturing systemsAttention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructionsPrior manufacturing or production experience preferred
