Job description
GWS Tool Group in Hartland, WI, seeks a Production Unit Manager to oversee CNC Machining, CNC Grinding, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, Planning, Scheduling, Maintenance and Inventory. You will determine workforce needs and monitor production to meet customer requirements.
Requires strong leadership, ability to read drawings and specifications, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and 8 years in manufacturing
