Job description
Production Utility WorkerWe're hiring a Production Utility Worker to join our rubber manufacturing team in Warwick, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with various production and assembly tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Steel-toed shoes are required (not provided). Full-time preferred; part-time and seasonal roles also available. Starting pay is $19.00/hr, with benefits after probation. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily production operationsMeasure materials accuratelyRead and use a ruler (understanding feet vs. inches)Calculate square footage as neededFollow safety and quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport team members to meet production goalsQualificationsWe are looking for candidates who:Are eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.Follow safety protocols, including always wearing steel-toed shoes and other PPE.Are punctual and have reliable transportation to work.Have a positive attitude, are a team player, and can work independently when needed.Strong basic math skills and be comfortable in working in a hands-on environment.Ability to accurately read a rulerAbility to calculate square footageAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.Dependable, punctual, and detail-orientedAre at least 18 years of age.
