This position offers a dynamic mix of production, shipping and receiving, installation, and customer support responsibilities.Key responsibilities include:Build, repair, and fabricate conveyor belts and related componentsInstall and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting in-house and at customer locationsReceive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and suppliesPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain shipment records and inventory dataCoordinate with truck carriers and delivery servicesAssist with conveyor system repairs and installationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and wear required PPERepresent Belt Power professionally when interacting with customers and teammatesWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.Qualifications:Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and verify measurements accurately using a tape measureBasic computer and math skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work environmentsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred Qualifications:Forklift experienceMaintenance or conveyor belt technician experienceExperience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environmentsPhysical RequirementsThis role is active and hands-on.
