You will impact safety, quality, and throughput while working closely with the production team and quality/stakeholder partners on the 1st shift. This is an onsite role (M-F, 5:00am - 1:30pm).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPrepare welds, perform various welding operations, and complete weld finishing tasksManufacture and assemble metal fabrications and mechanical components per drawingsRead and follow mechanical drawings and weld prints to meet quality standardsMaintain consistent workmanship and comply with regulatory and Quality Assurance requirementsSupport product improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing efficiency and quality enhancementsMaintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety goalsProvide regular, consistent attendance and be available for occasional nights/weekends or additional hours as requiredHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleSecondary Certificate/High School DiplomaVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in welding/fitting1–2 years of welding or related production experienceKnowledge of welding techniques and weld preparationAbility to read and understand mechanical drawings and weld printsStrong basic math skillsGood communication and organizational skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutPrior assembly experience on a production linePay Range$16.50 - $19.23/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
