They are committed to safety, quality craftsmanship, and providing employees with opportunities for long-term growth and success.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Welder Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)Perform production welding on structural steel and fabricated metal productsUtilize MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core welding processes to meet production requirementsRead and follow blueprints, drawings, work orders, and weld specificationsInspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standardsSafely operate welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized work areaProduction Welder Qualifications:Previous MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience requiredAbility to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints or shop drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials in a manufacturing environmentReliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong safety awarenessApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
