Job description
Production Welder East Bernard TXNow hiring for Production Welder East Bernard TX will be responsible for production fitting/welding using a GMAW process. A shop drawing or standard product details may be used for the various product lines. The individual will be required to pass a 1G weld test to become a certified welder in accordance with AWS D1.1 (latest revision). Prior experience is required Great Schedule No Nights Overtime availabilityProduction Welder East Bernard duties:Fitting and Welding as requiredResponsible for daily production goalsUtilizes shop work orders and drawings to fill customer requirementsUtilizes shop welding procedures as requiredAssist in maintaining housekeeping standardsOperate in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environmentFills in as needed in other departmentsProduction Welder East Bernard TX requirements:Authorized to work in the USAAbility to pass a welding testRead and write English preferred but not requiredAbility to operator overhead craneMust pass a pre-employment drug testStanding frequentlyWalking frequentlyLift up to 40 lbs.Reaching with hands and armsStooping, kneeling, and crouching occasionallyAbility to operate material handling equipmentNo felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies everPay: $18 Shifts: M-F 7:30 am – 4 pm Location: East Bernard, TX
