Production Worker - 2nd ShiftEaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker - 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.The hourly rate for this position is $20.45 per hour, plus a $0.50 cent shift differential.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the Production Worker should be capable of handling the work in all departments daily.Additional Information:Basic Qualifications:No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) of Highland, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area limitation.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.Preferred Qualifications:Previous manufacturing experience.Position Success Criteria:Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and climb heights with or without reasonable accommodations.Ability to frequently crouch, kneel, balance, reach above the shoulder level, push and pull with or without reasonable accommodations.Ability to do repetitive action of simple grasping, and firm grasping with or without reasonable accommodations, as required.Ability to work comfortably around moving machinery.Ability to work in an environment with minimal temperature fluctuations, primarily occurring during dock door openings.
