As a Production Worker, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping to produce high-quality mailing solutions while gaining valuable experience in the printing industry. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for: Packaging, hand stuffing envelopes, and labeling mail Learning about, setting up, and operating printing machines and equipment Following detailed job orders and special instructions Overseeing output and making basic adjustments to ensure quality Mail sorting and tray assembly Working overtime as needed to meet deadlines What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: The ability to stand for up to 12 hours, including bending, twisting, crouching, and squatting as needed The capacity to move quickly and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs Mechanical aptitude to identify and make basic adjustments to machinery Strong mail sorting and tray assembly skills A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Proactive communication and questions to enhance learning Why Join Us in Salem?
